Water in Oil

Water contamination in oil is a serious issue that can lead to increased system wear, decreased system performance, decreased on line performance, decreased fluid life, and consequently increased fluid disposal costs.

To ensure free and dissolved water levels are properly detected two methods could be employed. They include the use of a portable hand held device complete with a probe or an in tank system with external communication capabilities.
